Who manages the information
Cube Mines is operated by Thowl Private Limited. This notice applies to information submitted through cubemines.com.
What we collect
We collect the participant name, age band, country, parent or participant email address, claimed cube count, selected challenge tier, consent choices and the submitted challenge video. We also create an internal submission reference and, for approved entries, a certificate record.
Why we use it
- To receive and privately review a challenge entry.
- To check cube count, stability, safety, originality and compliance with the rules.
- To contact the submitter if clarification is required.
- To issue and verify an approved achievement certificate.
- To prevent misuse and maintain the integrity of the challenge.
Children’s information
A parent or legal guardian must make the submission for anyone under 18. The required consent allows private review only. Public featuring is optional and requires the separate featuring checkbox.
Public featuring
Without separate featuring consent, the video and participant name remain private. When featuring consent is given, Cube Mines may publish the approved video and the participant’s first name on its website or official channels. Consent can later be withdrawn by contacting Thowl Private Limited through the official THOWL website.
Storage and retention
Videos are stored in private review storage. Submission information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for review, certificate verification, administration, dispute handling and applicable legal or business requirements. A deletion request can be made through the official THOWL website. Certificate records may be retained when necessary to preserve the authenticity of an issued certificate.
Sharing and security
We do not sell submission information. Access is limited to authorised reviewers and service providers needed to host, secure and operate the challenge. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete submission information, or withdraw optional featuring consent, by contacting Thowl Private Limited through the official THOWL website. Include the submission reference where available.
